I bridge the gap between logistics and student experience, having planned and managed over 100 events that drive engagement and align with university goals.
Promotional Videography
Visual storytelling is a powerful tool for student outreach. I leverage technical proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Cloud to produce high-impact promotional content both independently and for university stakeholders. My work ranges from recruitment media to creative projects that boost program visibility.
Job Training
Strong programs are built on well-supported teams. I have directed, mentored, and scheduled over 40 undergraduate employees and student managers, focusing on professional development and operational efficiency. To ensure team excellence, I specialize in creating standardized onboarding tools, including original training videos for IU Recreational Sports general staff and IMU Programs student employees.
Classwork
My academic journey in Higher Education & Student Affairs is rooted in data-driven decision-making. I have conducted recruitment practicums to analyze ROI on student outreach and presented original research on sustaining Black Culture Centers at national conferences.
